This website

No tracking cookies, no analytics scripts and no advertising pixels. Fonts are hosted on our own site, so visiting doesn't send your details to font services. Our host, Cloudflare, processes basic technical data (such as IP address) to deliver and protect the site.

The teardown form

The form doesn't send or store anything on this site. It opens your own email app with a message to [email protected]. If you send it, we receive your email like any other.

When you email us

We use what you send to reply and to do the work you asked for, for example a teardown. Our email is hosted by Zoho. We keep emails only as long as we need them, and we'll delete yours if you ask.

Booking a call

Calls are booked through Calendly, which has its own privacy policy. We receive the details you enter there.

Prospect research for clients

When we research prospects for clients, we use publicly available business information, such as company websites and LinkedIn profiles, and contact people in their professional role about something relevant to their work. Every message makes it easy to say no. If you've heard from one of our clients and want your details removed, email [email protected].

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email [email protected]. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
